After watching a film on diamond cutting in English class, Carrie knew she was going to be in the jewelry business.

In 1981 she attended a 2-1/2 year apprenticeship program in Jewelry Design, including all aspects of jewelry, through Portland Community College. The real learning started after school ended, creating and restoring fine jewelry ever since.

Carrie came to Whidbey Island in 1994, owned her own jewelry business for 10 years, and we are now happy to have her on staff at Linds.
